Do you hold experience with payment solutions or goods and services into the Hospitality (bars, hotels, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, etc.) or Retail sectors and looking for an opportunity to move into the rewarding world of Fintech / SaaS payments solutions, with one of Europe’s technology leading organisations?

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • You will need a fully valid Irish or European driving licence and your own vehicle for this position.

REQUIREMENTS

What we look for:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution, or to the retail / hospitality (Horeca) business verticals;
  • Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages;
  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
  • Outstanding negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills;
  • Resiliency and the ability to handle objections;
  • The ability to deal with a diverse client base;
  • Computer literacy & tech mindset;
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities
  • Promote the company services by visiting clients’ premises;
  • Assist merchants with verification and activation processes;
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance;
  • Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers;
  • Engage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities;
  • Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration;
  • Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage;
  • Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope;
  • Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner;
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
