Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about client satisfaction, and has a strong attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring that each client’s needs are met with precision and care. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the company and clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare and deliver progress reports and account updates. Address client concerns with urgency and professionalism. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client engagement. Track client interactions and maintain updated records in CRM tools. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
