Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships. You’ll represent the voice of our company while helping to enhance the overall client experience. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product/service guidance. Track client feedback and relay suggestions to relevant teams. Monitor account performance and client satisfaction metrics. Address issues and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure resolution. Support client retention and identify opportunities for service growth. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
