Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Representative to serve as a key partner in supporting and enhancing the client experience. This role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, highly organized, and committed to delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintain a strong understanding of client accounts, objectives, and ongoing projects. Support internal teams by relaying client feedback, priorities, and expectations. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and engagement. Monitor progress of client initiatives and provide regular updates as needed. Contribute to a positive and proactive client service environment. Additional Information Competitive salary of $53,000 – $56,000 per year.
