This position is central to our customer success strategy and is ideal for someone who excels in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. You will serve as the primary liaison between the client and our internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction. Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Understand client needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to deliver effective solutions Coordinate meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups with clients Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure client satisfaction Track client interactions and prepare detailed reports for management Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proactive approach to solving problems and handling client requests Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Ongoing skills development and professional training Collaborative and supportive work environment Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and company holidays Monday to Friday schedule (8-hour shifts)
