You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through services, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities for continued collaboration. Responsibilities Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Manage client accounts, ensuring needs are met efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for business growth and client retention. Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and feedback. Handle inquiries and provide timely, professional solutions to client concerns. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Professional demeanor and commitment to excellence in every client interaction.
