Describe the role: The Client Reporting Sr. Analyst is a key role for our firm servicing the reporting needs of Private clients. The candidate will report to a Private Client Reporting Team Manager and provide support to the AB Private Client Reporting Team. The Private Client Reporting team supports wealth advisors and associates by producing web-based, monthly, and quarterly reports, processing audit requests, verifying assets and ensuring data quality. The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Achieve the KPIs (TAT and Accuracy) targets in all the activities carried out Prepare and review weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Custom reports Quality check Custody Statements quarterly and Brokerage Statements monthly Perform Verification of Assets and process Audit Requests as per the Clients’ auditor requirements Coordinate user acceptance testing with respect to reporting requirements and changes Reconciling data between accounting and reporting systems Respond to ad-hoc requests, resolve issues and answer advisor/associate inquiries What makes this role unique or interesting (if applicable)? Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills, both written and oral, are a must. The candidate should also have strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment. A strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects or tasks at once is also required. The ideal candidate should also be able to independently research and resolve issues. Qualifications, Experience, Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance. 2 to 4 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Client Reporting team.
