Job Description Act as a key point of contact, fully dedicated to addressing a wide range of client inquiries related to Visa services, systems, products, and policies Identify clients’ requirements and provides suitable solutions, escalating more complex or sensitive issues as appropriate Consistently meet agreed-upon standards of quality and efficiency, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction Demonstrate good knowledge of all Visa products and policies to ensure high-quality client issue resolution and client satisfaction Communication effectively both verbally and in writing Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, effectively representing Visa Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, systems, and technologies This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in Banking or Financial Services. Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently. Client-Centric Mindset: Passionate about providing top-notch service and enhancing the client experience. Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, capable of conveying complex information in a concise manner. High Energy and Drive: Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering results. Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated skills in relationship management across organizational boundaries, both internally and externally. Independent and Team Work: Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently, driven by self-initiative. Proficiency in Another European Language: Desirable but not essential.
