We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client & Sales Administrator with strong bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) to join our team. This role combines client service, sales administration, and cross-department collaboration to support student enrolments and organisational growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, client services, or administration (experience in the education industry will be highly regarded).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent professional oral and written communication skills. - Cantonese is a plus
  • Availability to work weekends (two weekdays will be rostered off in lieu).
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to prioritise effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Myob, Mindbody) will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and professional course information to prospective clients via walk-in enquiries, phone calls, emails, and WeCom.
  • Follow up on new leads generated from marketing activities, seminars, and promotions across multiple channels (phone, text, email, WeCom).
  • Maintain and update prospective and enrolled student records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with mentors and academic staff to address students’ and parents’ needs, including class material, homework support, and feedback.
  • Manage ongoing communication with parents and students, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create and post content on social media platforms (e.g., WeCom, Red), supporting lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, online and onsite events.
  • Collect and compile student and parent feedback on a termly basis to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on lead conversion, enrolment outcomes, and progress towards sales targets.
