• Represent our client’s brand inside retail partner stores.
• Engage with walk-in customers, answer questions, and recommend telecommunications products and services.
• Close sales in a retail environment while meeting daily and weekly sales goals.
• Assist customers with product details, pricing, and enrollment.
• Maintain professional standards in appearance, compliance, and communication.
• Attend in-office meetings for training, product updates, and team development.
• Follow company-approved sales scripts and promotional guidelines.
• Deliver accurate, honest information while building strong customer relationships.
