This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Sales Representative based in Netherlands. As a Client Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through the full sales journey. Acting as the first point of contact for inbound opportunities, you will build strong relationships, uncover customer needs, and demonstrate the value of innovative professional services solutions. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression through the sales funnel. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and effective coordination throughout the sales process. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries while maintaining high levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Monitor performance against sales targets and proactively implement strategies to exceed individual and team objectives. Contribute to process improvements and share best practices that enhance team efficiency and overall sales effectiveness. Support onboarding and mentoring activities for new team members as experience and performance progress. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, inside sales, outside sales, or a related customer-facing commercial role. Experience in technology, software, SaaS, or professional services sales is considered an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage sales opportunities from qualification through closing. Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-focused approach to identifying and solving client challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and maintain professional client relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of prospects and competing priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with ambitious performance goals. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
