Title: Client Sales Specialist
Location: Farnborough – 2-3 days in the office
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience of successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans achieving significant business growth.
  • Understanding that the quality and timeliness of the work you produce will reflect on the effectiveness of the team and the client.
  • Sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange complex information to customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders both internal and externally.

Responsibilities

In the Client Sales Specialist role you will manage and maintain an effective business relationship between Vodafone and VBSE secure accounts/ customer stakeholders. The role is responsible for maintaining existing revenues whilst assisting the Client Sales Managers in implementing sales action plans to identify, develop and close incremental new business opportunities. The role is also responsible for ensuring high levels of customer engagement measured using relationship net promoter score (rNPS).

  • To provide a high quality of service and ensure your work is completed accurately whilst delivering a great customer service
  • Manage a diverse range of stakeholders across the Secure accounts
  • Deliver sales briefing alongside Client Sales Manager remotely, at a Vodafone Secure Site or at customer premises within the United Kingdom.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
  • Assist Sales Manager in forecasting AOV and Revenue
  • Selecting and taking the best action based on all the facts available
  • Providing informal guidance and support to new team members as required.
