Role Description: We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented Client Satisfaction Employee to join our esteemed law firm. As a Client Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our clients and contributing to their success through their loyalty to the firm. Your dedication and exceptional Customer relations management skills will be essential in handling a variety of Client satisfaction efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Retention or Customer Loyalty.
  • Must be bilingual (Advanced English C1).
  • Experience with customer service tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective and consistent communication abilities. Capable of problem-solving and multitasking.
