Role description: This is a seller/doer role focused on driving growth across the DMV region by engaging new and existing clients. The Senior Project Manager will lead building-focused infrastructure programs and projects, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and—most importantly—client expectations. The role requires a strong client presence, proactive relationship management, and a commitment to delivering value and results. Local experience is preferred. Role accountabilities: Lead and manage public and private building-related infrastructure programs and projects. Ensure delivery meets client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders. Drive client development and growth initiatives across MD/VA/DC. Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture. Identify market trends and funding opportunities to position Arcadis for success. Support strategic planning and execution to expand market presence. Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in building and infrastructure program/project management. PE, CCM, or PMP certification preferred. Strong ability to manage multiple complex assignments. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
