Position: Client Service Administrator Firm: Copper Creek Financial Location: Annapolis, MD     Overview:   At Copper Creek Financial, based in Annapolis, MD, we empower clients to maximize their financial potential. As a Client Service Administrator, you’ll deliver high-quality service with excellence, care, and prompt follow-through—living out our core values in every interaction. This role requires frequent and proactive communication with clients, leading to consistent and impactful client experiences. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow professionally, we want to meet you!   What you’ll do: * Outstanding phone skills and a confident, friendly manner when speaking with clients * Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring personalized attention and exceptional service at every step * Monitor and track pending service work, ensuring clients receive personalized update calls regarding the progress of their requests * Assist clients with issues and concerns * Schedule client meetings * Accurately document client interactions and conversation details in the CRM (Wealthbox) database * Resolve any issues regarding new accounts * Prepare all new accounts for delivery and schedule delivery meeting with the client     What We’re Looking For: * High School Diploma * 2 + years experience in a similar role or experience within the financial services industry * Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems; Microsoft Office Suite and Wealthbox * Excellent communication; written and verbal * Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance * Collaborative, proactive team player willing to assist others * Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks * Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment     Bonus Points: * Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset to enhance and optimize processes * Schwab platform experience, a plus   What You’ll Get:   Pay & Perks: * $60k-$65k/year based on experience + bonus potential * PTO * Closed federal holidays * Opportunities for professional development and growth   Schedule: * In office: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm * Serve as a backup for client events; occasional evening availability required       Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions   Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
