Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to support our Business Services and Tax team in the Brisbane Office.
You will have a professional approach to assisting others and ensure that a seamless service is delivered to your internal and external stakeholders through exceptional administrative support.
Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities will enable you to effectively support and meet the needs of our clients and the broader team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assisting the team with mid-month, end of month billing and reporting
  • Responding to all client enquiries on behalf of the directors
  • Liaise with ATO on lodgements, administration and reporting
  • Reception assistance from time to time
  • Review and co-ordinate compliance documents for client matters
  • Collating documents, reports and third-party searches as necessary
  • Building and maintaining long term client relationships
  • Administration and technical support to the team where required
