Job Description The Client Service Administrator supports client team operations by providing overall assistance to team members on various tasks and projects. Enhancing processes, identifying efficiencies, and taking initiative within the team. This position will be the foundation for your future career at Moneta. Essential Responsibilities Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings Enhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow, monitoring for areas of improvement Assist in coordinating client paperwork such as new account forms, statements, signature forms, and reports Support daily office operations including scheduling meetings, managing mail, client file organization, and maintaining supply orders Manage bill payments, prepare month-end expense reports, and track financial transactions including distributions and credit postings Coordinate client travel arrangements including itinerary preparation, flight research, and special accommodations Maintain client calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate household maintenance services Process payroll, create invoices, and manage vendor reporting and documentation Handle customs forms, property management reports, and banking correspondence as needed Support special projects including property renovations and client-specific initiatives Provide marketing and branding assistance as needed Coordinate client and team events Qualifications College degree preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred Must be available to work fully on-site Must be authorized to work in the United States Additional Information This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Operations Manager.
