The company provide an outsourced service to various financial institutions, when it comes to selling assets on their behalf. This team specifically supports the selling process by acting on their behalf and ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome.

Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for approximately 60-70 assets at any one time
  • Identifying the most appropriate selling agents to market each individual asset on your behalf
  • Entering asset specifications on to the system.
  • Liaising with third parties to progress each asset sale through to successful completion.
  • Building strong relationships with the above mentioned third parties
  • Managing the process from the initial marketing of the asset through to successful completion.
  • Researching and comparing recent sales of similar assets
  • Managing incoming enquiries
  • Analysing local market conditions through liaison with vendors
  • Always ensuring the best outcomes for all parties concerned.
