The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Client Service Advisor with strong employer servicing, key account management, and superannuation experience to manage a portfolio of high‑value employers and deliver exceptional end‑to‑end service. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support employer onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing relationship management—ensuring a seamless experience while driving retention and growth.
