Insight Global is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to support a leading financial services organization. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for commercial and business clients, managing onboarding activities, account setup, documentation review, and digital banking support. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced working within a banking or financial services environment. Relevant responsibilities and qualifications are based on experience commonly seen in commercial banking onboarding, documentation, and client support functions.

  • Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport commercial and business clients through onboarding and account setup processes
  • Review and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist clients with digital banking platform enrollment, access, and troubleshooting
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution
  • Partner with internal teams including operations, compliance, legal, and risk to facilitate onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual communication channels
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of client requests
  • Must-Have Qualifications2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, client onboarding, account management, or client support
  • Experience reviewing documentation and working within regulated environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with CRM or banking platforms
  • Nice-to-Have QualificationsCommercial banking experience
  • Digital banking or client migration experience
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC processes
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Bilingual English/French

•        Portfolio & Wealth Management: Evaluates client financial positions and identifies opportunities across investments, deposits, and protection solutions to support holistic financial planning.

•        NRI Banking & Cross-Border Transactions: Handles NRI banking, forex transactions, remittances, and account management, with a focus on compliant and seamless international service delivery.

•        Regulatory Compliance & Risk Control: Applies KYC/AML frameworks and internal risk controls consistently across client onboarding, transactions, and portfolio reviews.

•        Business Development & Cross-Selling: Builds new client relationships through proactive prospecting, referrals, and networking, while expanding wallet share through cross-selling and upselling.

•        Financial Operations & Process Ownership: Owns end-to-end financial and offboarding processes, coordinating across teams to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-compliant closure.
