Responsibilities: 当社の行う金融商品取引業及び附随業務に係る顧客向けレポーティングの作成、送付及び保存に関する業務 金法・年金・サブアド・自社設定投信の定期及びアドホックレポート作成、データ作成 必要データの入手、現地との交渉、管理 クライアント・リレーション業務(顧客からの照会対応) 債券及び株式のレポート作成 その他上記に付随する業務 Qualifications: チームワーク(コミュニケーション・スキル)、協調性の高い方(バックアップを率先して引き受けることができる) セルフスターター マーケット知識、運用戦略知識(債券(特にクレジット)、株式、デリバティブなど) PCスキル(Excel VBAなど) 以下の点 については前向きに評価される経験・スキルです。 運用会社での関連業務経験3年程度以上 運用会社クライアントレポーティング部門での専門的経験を伸ばしたい、もしくは今後、当社においてその様なキャリア形成を目指したい方 運用報告書若しくは販売用資料向けのマーケット・コメント執筆経験 バーゼル規制を含む金法向け規制対応レポート作成、リスクアセットレポート作成の経験 英語力中級以上(主にReading, WritingだがSpeakingも含む) BlackRock Aladdin, FactSet, T-Star GX, GX-BIS、T-Star TX, Bloomberg, My State Street経験者 Responsibilities: Related to the preparation, delivery, and retention of client reporting associated with the company’s financial instruments business and ancillary operations: Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports, as well as data compilation, for Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA) accounts, pension funds, sub-advisory mandates, and proprietary investment trusts Acquisition of necessary data, negotiation and coordination with overseas offices, and data management Client relationship management, including responding to client inquiries Preparation of fixed income and equity fund reports Other related duties as required Qualifications: Required or Expected Experience and Skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills; highly cooperative and able to proactively provide backup support to colleagues Self-starter Knowledge of markets and investment strategies (such as fixed income—especially credit, equities, derivatives, etc.) PC skills (including Excel VBA, etc.) The following experience/skills are positively evaluated: Approximately three or more years of relevant experience at an asset management company Desire to further develop specialized experience in client reporting at an asset management company, or intent to build such a career within our firm Experience in writing market commentary for investment reports or marketing materials is preferred Preparation of regulatory compliance reports (including those required by Basel regulations) and risk asset reports for FIEA-related clients Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (mainly reading and writing, but speaking as well) Experience with BlackRock Aladdin, FactSet, T-Star GX, GX-BIS, T-Star TX, Bloomberg, or My State Street Neuberger Berman is an equal opportunity employer.
