Client Service Advisor 📍 St. Louis, MO | 💵 $75K-$95K base + 20% bonus potential| 🕒 Full-time The Chamberlin Group is seeking a financial services professional with a focus on developing and maintaining strong, consistent, advisor-client relationships. The Client Service Advisor will ensure that financial plans are properly managed, maintained, and executed with care and precision. We are a small financial planning and tax services firm, located in St. Louis, Missouri and serving clients nationwide since 2002. Key Responsibilities Client Service Administration Manage and track all aspects of the client onboarding process, including: client paperwork, transferring and tracking client funds, answering questions, and providing support. Once new clients are onboarded, serve as primary point of contact for clients, coordinating communications and resolving issues that arise. Conduct annual client review meetings and provide updates and progress reports to clients throughout the relationship at routine intervals. Deliver and explain tax returns to clients, prepared by Enrolled Agents. Maintain a strong, consistent, advisor-client relationship for long-term plan success, focused on client retention and referral generation. Source and close new business opportunities with existing clients, as opportunity arises. Administrative Actively and accurately update and maintain CRM records and notes. Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Right Capital, Schwab, and Fidelity. Manage transactions and other client issues. Ensure all time-sensitive tasks are completed as promised, without fail. Assist with ad hoc trades and distributions on client accounts. Review, research, and correct paperwork, as needed. Ensure accounts are in good order, along with transfers and investments, in a timely and accurate manner. Effectively communicate our fundamental investment strategies and company policies to clients. Attend internal training opportunities and company off-site events. Licensing, Skills, and Experience Candidates must have 3+ years of direct client service or sales experience in the insurance or securities industry. Internal candidates will be given additional consideration. Series 65, Life Insurance and Health Insurance licenses preferred or must obtain within 90 days of employment. College degree preferred. Detail-oriented self-starter with effective communication, organizational, and client service skills. HubSpot and Right Capital experience a plus.
