POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Service and Business Processes Specialist is a dual-focused role that combines exceptional client service with data-driven operational support. This position is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships by delivering a seamless post-sale experience, overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, and proactively addressing client needs.
In parallel, the role leverages analytical skills to monitor sales and operational performance, identify trends and inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements. By serving as both a trusted client partner and a critical operational resource, this position helps drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations support, process improvement, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of business process mapping, KPI development, and reporting techniques.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven experience working in data-driven environments.
  • Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel for data tracking and reporting).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Able to work full-time in-office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    Total Compensation including earned bonuses: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum
