JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you a highly motivated, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment? Do you have a passion for learning quickly, problem-solving on the fly, and juggling multiple tasks with precision? We are looking for a strong and flexible professional to join our team as a Client Service Associate—someone who can jump into new challenges, take ownership of complex situations, and grow with the company!
In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the flow of new business applications from start to finish, build meaningful relationships with clients and field advisors, oversee the transition of books of business for external advisors, and contribute to the development of our team approach. You’ll need to stay organized, handle shifting priorities, and always approach challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. If you’re someone who’s eager to learn, highly organized, and thrives under pressure, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow both professionally and personally.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A Quick Learner: The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities and new information. We need someone who can hit the ground running and take on new challenges head-on.
  • Resilience in a High-Pressure Environment: This role demands someone who can thrive under pressure, maintain high standards during peak times, and handle multiple tasks at once with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: You’ll be managing complex workflows, so it’s critical that you stay organized and methodical, even when dealing with shifting priorities and at times, interruptions.
  • Positive and Growth-Oriented Attitude: We want someone who approaches every situation with a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Flexibility: Must be adaptable and open to change, whether it’s in work processes, client needs, or company initiatives.
  • Adaptability to Virtual Training: Must be able to adapt to virtual training and be comfortable using digital tools to learn and communicate effectively.
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to independently find solutions and utilize available resources to resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to and help build a collaborative, team-focused approach. You should enjoy working together with others to reach common goals and continuously improve team dynamics.
  • A Team Player with Strong Communication Skills: While the ability to work independently is important, the ideal candidate will also be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: You’ll be working with complex client information, so precision is key.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of related experience (such as in life insurance, annuities, banking, or financial services).
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and typing.
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly, especially regarding financial instruments like IRAs, 401(k)s, and retirement accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities in handling complex cases and client issues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and at times, with interruptions.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
  • Comfortable adapting to virtual training and using digital tools effectively.
