In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the flow of new business applications from start to finish, build meaningful relationships with clients and field advisors, oversee the transition of books of business for external advisors, and contribute to the development of our team approach. QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of related experience (such as in life insurance, annuities, banking, or financial services).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and typing.
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly, especially regarding financial instruments like IRAs, 401(k)s, and retirement accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities in handling complex cases and client issues.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and at times, with interruptions.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and maintain high accuracy under pressure.
- Comfortable adapting to virtual training and using digital tools effectively.
