Responsibilities Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring prompt and accurate communication. Assist clients with account needs, service inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups. Maintain detailed records of interactions and coordinate solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Support onboarding processes by guiding clients through service offerings and next steps. Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and streamline service processes. Uphold company standards by ensuring a professional and supportive experience at every touchpoint. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving client experiences. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
