Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and resolve inquiries efficiently. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and follow-ups to support client success. Support the implementation of service improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in client service, customer relations, or administrative support. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
