Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and project coordination. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Monitor client campaigns and provide updates, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings. Ensure a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness in all client interactions. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or related roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
