In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will work closely with internal teams to support client initiatives, provide accurate information, and help maintain strong, trust-based relationships. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Provide timely and accurate responses to client concerns while ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client projects and services are delivered effectively. Maintain organized records of client interactions and account details. Support ongoing client engagement and retention initiatives. Contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems.
