Responsibilities Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Provide exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction. Manage and update client records accurately in company databases. Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and retention. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all client interactions. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or account management. Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
