Description
In this position, the candidate will work in a matrix environment with internal teams to support our clients’ unique financial operations requirements. These activities include, but are not limited to: Support onboarding of new clients, including opening of new accounts Execute cash and asset transfers Monitor and forward alerts regarding overdrafts and other issues Maintain client accounts in good order and update client information as needed Collect and file account statements and year-end tax information Comply with regulatory and internal process requirements Perform special projects and other duties as needed The right candidate will be someone who: Can learn new things quickly Can take initiative and act proactively (i.e. anticipates problems, raises suggestions) Can take direction from multiple sources and prioritize a variety of tasks daily Can work both independently and in a team structure with a diverse group of people Is highly organized with a very strong attention to detail Is comfortable working with senior stakeholders Has high professional standards, judgment, and discretion Has strong communication skills, verbal and written Has excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, including a positive attitude Has excellent skills navigating the Microsoft basic suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in an operational role at a bank or financial institution is preferred. The hourly range for this position is $24 to $31 and is commensurate with experience. Performance bonuses are based upon company and personal performance and are paid out annually. We will sponsor applicants for work visas for those already within the US.
