This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to begin a long-term career in financial services. You will work closely with advisors and operational staff to support client relationships, ensure smooth account workflows, and maintain a high standard of service.   Key Responsibilities • Provide friendly, responsive support to clients via phone, email, and in person • Assist with onboarding new clients, including preparing forms and gathering documentation • Process account opening, transfers, money movement, and other service requests with accuracy • Maintain and update client records in CRM and custodian platforms • Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials • Coordinate with advisors on follow-up tasks and outstanding items • Handle general office administrative duties and support team operations • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with industry regulations   Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Communications, or related field) • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems a plus • Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required   What We Offer • Hands-on training and mentorship • Opportunities for career growth within the firm • Collaborative, team-oriented environment • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Exposure to financial planning, wealth management, and investment operations
