As a Client Service Associate (m/f/d), you will coordinate client requests by working closely with our internal departments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. Day-to-day:

• Managing all administrative matters for our customers
• Independent review, preparation and follow-up of contracts and various documents
• Competent contact person in the areas of contract processing, service and processes of our partner banks, as well as the authentication and account opening of our customers.
• Independent handling of project work

Your qualifications: 

• Completed commercial training (ideally banking apprenticeship) or a successfully completed degree in economics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• A positive and service-oriented demeanor combined with a high level of initiative and initial experience in customer contact are desirable.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and commitment
• Fluent English skills
