The Client Service Associate is part of a dynamic team providing concierge level customer service and patient care at Minmed Screening Centres. The Client Service Associate is an important touch point and a service ambassador when participants visit us for their health screening.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma education
  • Experience in healthcare or clinic setting advantageous
  • Applicants with Hospitality background is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer and service oriented posture
  • 5.5 working days
Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer care to participants who visit us for their health screening
  • Manage participants’ enquiries and appointments in a professional manner
  • Assist with clinical procedure such as ECG and other biometric measurements
  • Keep proper clinical records in line with requirements of MOH
  • Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties which may be assigned
