Job Title: Client Service Associate Location: Remote (South Africa) Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: US Hours (9am - 5pm EST) Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR) Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and support Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up Support onboarding, account management, and ongoing client success initiatives Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate client records, workflows, and project updates across company platforms Assist with outreach, scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks as needed Utilize automation and workflow tools to improve efficiency and scalability Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and emerging technologies Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes Previous experience in SDR, Account Management, Customer Success, Recruiting, or similar client-facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Preferred Technical Experience Experience with the following platforms and tools is highly preferred: Slack Notion Airtable Instantly Clay LinkedIn Comfortable working U.S. hours Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
