Position: Client Service Associate Firm: Wealth Management CPAs Location: Salt Lake City, UT   Overview:   Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and interested in working for a reputable financial firm? Join our dynamic team at Wealth Management CPAs based in Salt Lake City, UT. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to support our advisors and provide outstanding service to our valued clients.   The Client Service Associate serves as a key part of the client journey—from onboarding and asset transfers to ongoing service and advisor support—helping ensure every client interaction reflects the high standards of our firm.   What You’ll Do: * Serve as a point of contact for client service requests with professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness * Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring personalized attention and exceptional service at every step * Build trusted relationships with clients while delivering a high-touch service experience * Manage incoming client calls and coordinate timely resolution of requests and inquiries * Maintain accurate documentation and detailed client notes within the CRM system (Wealthbox) * Support advisors by preparing for client meetings and ensuring a positive client experience * Coordinate and monitor account transfers from submission through completion * Process service requests including beneficiary updates, withdrawals, account maintenance, and annuity reallocations * Review applications and paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission * Assist with new business processing and operational workflows     What We’re Looking For: * 2-year degree or greater with a Bachelor’s degree preferred * Kind and collaborative team player willing to assist others * 1+ years in client service or related industry experience * Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems * Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently * Excellent communication; written and verbal, professional and well spoken * Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks * Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance * Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters     What You’ll Get:   Pay & Perks: * Medical and dental insurance * 401(k) * PTO * Team events     Schedule: * In office: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm * Some evenings required for client events, a few a year       Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions   Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
