My client is a full service, locally owned and operated boutique financial services firm in the GTA. Team members are valued for the quality and accuracy of the work they deliver. The role is Regular Full Time, in office.

Key areas of focus:


  • Client Management and Administration


o  Book appointments for Advisorso  Calendar management for Advisors o  Track client opportunities and manage data base updateso  Correspond with Corporate Head Office(s) and with clients o  First point of contact for clients with updates and changes to personal information. o  Back up to other roles as requiredo  Taking initiative to recommend improvements to processes


Key qualifications and Competencies

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills ·      Highly developed critical thinking skills·      Proficient in using Microsoft Suite of products ·      Aptitude for learning independently·      Strong collaborator·      Demonstrated initiative and ability to anticipate client needs·      Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of work with accuracy·      Experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an asset·      LLQP Licensed or working toward
