CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE – REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR (RIA)

Reagan Companies Asset Management, Inc., a leading RIA firm managing over $1 Billion in assets, is seeking a client-focused Client Service Associate to support our wealth management operations and client’s service needs. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong follow-up skills. They should have a genuine commitment to providing the ultimate client experience through proactive support and clear communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associate’s degree or higher preferred
· Experience in a financial services back-office environment preferred
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
· Professional, collaborative, and client-focused demeanor
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong overall computer skills
· Team player with a desire to contribute to a high-performing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
