Overview The Client Service Consultant (CSC) is responsible for promoting and selling parts and service capabilities by calling upon our existing customers and generating new leads for future business in conjunction with the Outside PSSR. Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment Perform a variety of duties relevant to promoting and selling All Makes parts and service capabilities both inside and outside of our facility. Develop proposals and estimates in conjunction with the Outside PSSR utilizing Service link and PSQ quoting systems. Maintain close liaisons with our service shop, parts department personnel and our customers. Through the need’s analysis/sales process, determine individual customer's needs and provide Blanchard solutions to meet them. Build and manage strong customer relationships through customer interactions by optimizing opportunities through proactive communication. Nurture existing customer contacts and offer solutions to customers/prospect inquiries. Engage with customers via phone, portal, email, text and chat to respond to requests, resolve issues, and answer questions. Serve as a focal point for creating, collecting, organizing, and updating the CRM in order to support business development. Optimize our lead acquisition processes through appropriate channels to increase opportunities in the sales pipeline and, when appropriate, ensure customers are connected to the appropriate sales representative. Follow up with customers to ensure the company has met their needs; the service repair is complete and done to the satisfaction of the customer. Maintain good customer relations; intercede to solve problems and disputes; look for ways to enhance customer relations within scope of the company mission statement. Sell value through cost improvement by submitting cost-improvement proposals to our customers; understand the competition to maintain the company’s competitive edge. Prepare reports and data as requested. Works with Marketing to coordinate trade shows and marketing efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor is preferred. MAn extensive knowledge of heavy equipment and components to include CAT and competitive brands. A solid working understanding of the territory and its service needs as well as relevant knowledge of the competition within the area that the company serves. Positive, solutions-oriented mindset coupled with strong time management and organizational skills. Must possess a valid South Carolina driver's license. Strong MS Office skills. Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of employees and management in a positive, professional and effective way. Possess an unwavering commitment to service excellence. Working Conditions: The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily inside throughout the year. Position may require employees to be physically present at designated worksite locations. Requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting. Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities. Use of computers and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
