Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be an important part of our professional team, responsible for providing the best customer service to our Private Wealth Management & Family Office clients. In this role, you will assist in different projects including legal aspects within the Private Wealth Management & Family Office division. You will be responsible for engaging with clients and ensuring they receive exceptional support. Your primary goal will be to facilitate smooth communication and provide comprehensive assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Working closely with other SEB teams is crucial as you need to address client needs and concerns as they arise. This position offers valuable exposure to legal aspects of wealth management, including regulatory requirements and contractual matters.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

  • Focus on the customer and interest in providing a high level of service both internally and externally
  • Collaborative and problem-solving mindset with a drive for self-learning
  • Knowledge in office ICT solutions with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written Finnish and English, Swedish is seen as an asset), and an efficient and structured way of working
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field. Previous experience in the financial or legal sector and experience in family and inheritance law and in matters related to estates will be considered an asset.
