Description The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages for ICC training & education customers. The Client Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for most customers, providing information, service and issue resolution on a wide variety of ICC training & education offerings. In certain limited instances, this role will be responsible for transferring customers to the appropriate training & education professional when the issue requires further support. Position Responsibilities: Respond to all Contractor Training client communications (phone, email, online) Ensure accurate client order processing Communicate client opportunities, issues, questions to Training Leadership Assist with other training endeavors as assigned May provide administrative duties such as data entry, document processing, database management Requirements Essential Skills and Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; may be substituted with practical experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience required Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required Attention to detail & follow-up Strong written and verbal communication skills Utilizes active listening skills; demonstrates empathy Utilizes conflict resolution skills Effective use of modern technologies (email, MS tools, web tools, etc.) Professional demeaner Maintains comprehensive knowledge and understanding of applicable programs, platforms, policies and procedures needed to address customer inquiries and concerns Preferred indications of competence to fill the position: Demonstrates strong communication skill Professional demeanor Physical requirements of role: Sitting for extended periods of time ICC Family of Solutions offers a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and sick time, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with generous company match immediately vested, company paid basic life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage.
