POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a warm and friendly Client Service Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced professional environment. The Client Service Coordinator is an integral part of our high-performing team. Some responsibilities of this position include greeting clients, answering phones, assisting paralegals and attorneys, maintaining multiple calendars and scheduling, file management, and data entry. The position requires being well organized, detail-oriented, and having exceptional customer relations and communication skills. This person will have in-person and telephone contact with clients and other professionals. The position requires professional attire.
