职位描述 Welcome to QIMA ! Our team is looking for a Client Service Coordinator at our office in Hangzhou,Binjiang Day to day duties may include: Communicate with internal and external clients. Manage the client experience through accelerated customer service and support. Receive samples and log them into laboratory software. Create and maintain client financial account and communication profile. Liaise with laboratory staff to meet customer expectations. Deliver results data to achieve customer satisfaction by maintaining specified turnaround targets. Process payments and respond to account balance questions, collections when required. Respond to customer concerns and complaints and initiate corrective or preventative actions. Order supplies through procurement and coordinate shipments. 职位要求 Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 years previous work experience in client services, business administration or agriculture Education: A post secondary education (degree and/or diploma) in chemcial, international trade or business administration would be a strong asset.
