Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Coordinator to help our busy office run ‘swimmingly’ and give a stand-out service to our customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in analysing data to drive decision-making
Please note, this role is based at our office in Henfield, West Sussex. A typical working week is Monday – Friday 09.00-17.00hrs, with occasional weekend work. A driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as there are trips to see our clients at pools from time to time.
