Kantar Media has a TV Audience Measurement service (TAM) in Malaysia. The service is operated in partnership with Astro and is known as Dynamic Television Audience Measurement (DTAM). Data from the DTAM service is provided back to Astro and also mar Role Description This is a full-time position for a Client Service Executive based in the Kuala Lumpur area. The role is primarily work-from-home, with occasional in-person meetings or team gatherings in Kuala Lumpur as required. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to deliver outstanding service on a day-to-day basis Role Responsibilities: To be part of the client service team which acts as the external face of Kantar Media and point of contact for Astro and third parties. To be the first line of response for queries. To attend meetings with Astro and with third parties. To liaise with internal Kantar Media colleagues and with sub-contractors to ensure the smooth running of the DTAM Service. To provide end-user support to third parties (both in Malaysia and elsewhere) subscribing to the DTAM service. To provide after-sales service to third parties subscribing the DTAM Service. To provide initial and on-going training to users of TAM analysis tools. To liaise with third party data processors. To liaise with Astro as necessary on third party queries relating to the DTAM Service. Required: Experience in the media or market research industry is a plus Extensive knowledge of TAM analytics data and systems Experience in managing external client relationships Proven client service/customer support ability Qualifications: Presentable and able to communicate well with others both technically and nontechnically of TAM service Excellent attention to detail Mobility and flexibility in responding to client issues Good written and spoken English Good at mathematics and Excel Pivot Tables Good analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to juggle several tasks at the same time Willing to go the extra mile to maintain client satisfaction A degree in media communications, market research, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, marketing, computer science or related discipline Country Malaysia Why join Kantar Media?
