    About us As part of Altius Group Executive Health Solutions is the leading provider of corporate health programs throughout Australia. We are seeking a full time motivated Client Services Liaison/Administrator to work in our Health Assessment Centre located in Darlinghurst.
Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE:

Are you looking for a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same? As a Client Service Liaison, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders and clients in a professional and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
  • Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits.
  • Welcome clients with a light breakfast before their assessments ensuring they start their experience on a positive note. You will also ensure the space remains tidy and ready for the next client
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing and record keeping.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Organize and manage the filing and screening of medical records.
  • Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of client medical reports.
  • Support the Manager with various tasks as needed.
