Degree in economics or a similar discipline and/or industrial vocational training
Strong and extensive experience in an independent client servicing/Relationship managing role in an investment/depository institution
Knowledge of institutional clients, main profiles, needs, relevant products and services for institutional clients
In-depth knowledge of the investment market and of relevant legal regulations
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal expression and communication skills
Fluent in both German and English (C1 Level required)
Building client knowledge and trustful relationships

Monitoring the performance of the service delivery and client satisfaction
Overseeing prompt resolution to clients’ complaints, and efficient response to requests
Engaging the IT and Operations local/global teams in the pursuit of service quality delivery and improvement
Collecting client feedback via service review scorecards, client satisfaction surveys as well as feedback from the various teams in direct contact with the client
Ensuring an aligned service delivery and communication approach to clients
Lead negotiation of agreements with the clients
