ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional support to clients and advisers.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning is preferred
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance processes
  • Sound understanding of advice implementation and processes
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
Responsibilities
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up
  • Manage client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal advisers
  • Maintaining client database to ensure the information is accurate and complete
  • Manage clients queries as they arise
  • Requesting, collating, and reviewing information from existing and new clients
  • Developing and maintaining any internal process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and to improve client management
  • Completing and forwarding all necessary documentation to other internal departments as relevant, within the agreed service standards
  • General administration to support team members
