Job Description You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the primary relationship lead and trusted advisor across client servicing, operations, and business development activities. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving portfolio growth, and maintaining strong governance and regulatory standards within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What you'll do: You will manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation lead You will oversee high-quality service delivery across client operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed KPIs and regulatory requirements You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contribute to business development initiatives, and support revenue growth across the client portfolio You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Legal, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless client servicing and operational excellence You will support governance and compliance activities, including board meeting participation, oversight of compliance reviews, and escalation of key risks or operational issues where required What we offer Comprehensive remuneration and pension: motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile Wellbeing: additional social benefits Flexible working: we recognise the value of working flexibly and want to ensure all employees enjoy an excellent work-life blend. Qualifications You have experience within financial services, including managing client portfolios and stakeholder relationships You have strong knowledge of investment structures and regulatory frameworks, ideally within the Dutch financial services landscape You have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a client-focused and commercial mindset You are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with fluency in English (Dutch considered an advantage) Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
