SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Singaporeans or PRs only
  • Minimum ‘A’ Level certification
  • Previous experience in administration, data entry, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable using various software, online platforms, and basic troubleshooting

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Client Service Officer, you will be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for our students and parents. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who interacts with our centre. This is a full-time position requiring availability on four weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) and one weekend day (Saturday).
Work Schedule: 1 Weekday + 1 Weekend
Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 10.30AM - 7.30PM / 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Weekends: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
