Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Service team at Mercer. This role will be based in our Brisbane office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As the Client Services Officer you will act as a critical link between our clients, financial advisors and other support staff managing a variety of client service tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards. We will count on you to: Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Prepare and process financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews. Support advisors by managing client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions. Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Be solutions focused and look at areas to improve efficiency. What you need to have: A strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, or client service role. Proficient in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite preferred but not essential Good understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations. RG146 compliant Experience preferred but not essential, we are looking for someone who has a passion for financial planning and looking to grow a career in this field.
